OUR POLICY

We hope you love everything you buy from Libby McMullin’s website, but if for some reason you are not happy, please read this returns policy. We will endeavor to sort out the problem.

Before you send the purchase back, we may be able to resolve the issue without the need to return the product so please don't hesitate to contact us if you have a problem with an item. 

As a customer of www.libbymcmullin.co.uk you have 30 days from the day you receive your goods to cancel your order and request a refund or exchange. You will receive a full refund providing that all goods are carefully repackaged and returned to us in their original packaging and in resale-able condition. 

Please note that this policy applies to this website only (www.libbymcmullin.co.uk) and does not cover or apply to any other website or supplier who may provide Libby McMullin's licensed or wholesale products. In this circumstance, please contact the specific website or supplier for more information on their return policy.

We do not cover postage cost of an item that is returned. 

Acception to the rules: Items listed below cannot be returned or refunded:

• SALE ITEMS - These may not be returned (items discounted from their original price).

• PERSONALISED ITEMS – These are specially made to order and unique to your requirements and therefore cannot be resold.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Please post back the item including the original paperwork received.

Please obtain proof of postage (free service with Royal Mail) within 30 days of receiving item. OR send as special/recorded delivery. 

N.B. Postage for a returned item is an expense paid by the customer. Libby McMullin is not liable to pay this cost.

RETURNS FAQ

I have opened the product, can I still return it? Yes, as long as you have taken 'reasonable care' of the product and its packaging we will refund your item. Please do not remove any labels, soil the products or damage them.

How should I package the returns? We recommend that you return the goods in appropriate packaging and use a 'signed for' delivery method and obtain proof of postage as they remain your ownership and responsibility until we have received them. Please include the original packaging where possible and include a 'sender' name and address for our reference. In the event that the goods are not in resaleable condition, we reserve the right not to provide a refund and you will be responsible for the cost of such goods being returned to you, within 28 days of our notification. This does not affect your statutory rights. Any complaints will be processed and rectified as soon as possible.

How long will it take to process my refund? Within 30 days of receiving the returned item(s), paid directly to your credit/debit card or PayPal account.
